Potential shifting of academic offices from Morton to Bagby may free space to be reassigned in Morton. Creation of teaching spaces in the new library might also make some classrooms redundant. Given the rather narrow building module of Morton and several of its awkwardly proportioned classrooms, renovation for faculty offices might be considered. However, classroom spaces should be retained in the building to ensure active use and easy access of students to faculty.
As with Bagby Hall, potential reuse and reassignment decisions are some time off, being dependent on other capital projects to make space available on the campus.
